My neighbor was given this sweet chihuahua girl who almost got run over twice by Tramway and Central. Neighbor can't keep the dog and called me; I would love to get her back to her people! She loves sitting on furniture to look out the window, seems to be housebroken. May have had puppies at some point, not recent. She is whimpering for her people..... White toes, a dark brown stripe down her back, sleek and probably weighs around 6 pounds. You need to tell me 3 things about her 1. What "collar" was she wearing 2. is there something unusual about her back legs 3. and what's unusual about her tail I will not just give her to anyone, I'll keep her myself if her owners can't be found.
