Description

Snow removal duties to include removal of snow and ice from the walkways at a local apartment complex for the 2021/2022 season. In addition the tenants cars will need to be cleaned off and moved for plowing. There will be a tractor with a heated cab and blower on site to blow out the walkways. The residual snow in the walks and on the porches will need to be scraped up and shoveled off by hand and any ice will need to be salted. This job will be on call, supervised by management and done promptly and consistently.
