A busy property management company has an opening for a maintenance position working out of our Kingfield office. The individual would be responsible for covering routine maintenance that includes painting, drywall, light plumbing, carpentry and misc. routine maintenance in occupied and vacant apartments. Candidate must have a clean driving and criminal record, with former employer references available. Some on-call availability required. Confidentiality a must! Familiar working within residential housing/apartment community with Fair Housing training a plus. Training available. Company vehicle and tools provided. Must live within 30 miles of Kingfield, ME.
