NEED POT AND PAN WALL RACK BUILT/INSTALLED

Hi! I am wanting to do a wall rack for all of my pots and pans, main utensils, and have a perfect wall for it. It is a 4 foot x 8 foot wall in my kitchen which I would like to convert to something like this (see picture). It could be wood or metal, whatever is easiest. A floating shelf or two on the wall would be ideal, as I could put additional items on and hangers under. I also need a towel rack and two other things hung. The pots and pans wall is drywall, the towl rack is drywall, and the other hanging item is on block. Email me approximate quote for materials and labor. Thank you.
