Need handyman work for odd jobs ASAP

Hello I am looking to hire one person who does not charge an arm and a leg to make small improvements to our south austin home. Brick work (small brick patio) about 24 square feet Recessed Canister Lighting install (upstairs with attic access, just need wiring+install about 15 lights total) Stairs upgrade (tile stairs) Exterior house painting Landscaping / Rock work Tile upstairs (600 sq ft approx) HVAC service (clean/maintenance) and checkup Additional work like woodwork, stone masonry, and concrete welcome as well. I am working on a strict budget, so please keep that in mind.
