Need someone that can use a drill and cellphone take pictures

Looking for someone to go to a boarded up property that we are looking to purchase and take pictures with a cellphone of the outside and of all the rooms, safe to say, we have written permission from the current owner. A drill is needed to access the property as it is boarded up, you are to remove the board, take the pictures and board it up again.
