Wanted: AirBnb Co-host downtown Seattle

We are a small boutique vacation rental company (Valta Realty) looking for someone to co host our Airbnb condos (starting with 1, potentially up to 3). Your tasks include: 1- Response to all guest’s messages: inquiries, reservations, questions, etc. via Airbnb messaging app. 2- Greet guests on their arrival. 3- Review guests at the end of their stays. 4- Coordinate with cleaners/handymen via text messaging. 5- Physical trips when needed to check the units, troubleshoot guests' issues, maintenance, supplies etc. Requirements: 1- Be flexible. 50% of your tasks are done online. 50% will be done onsite (i.e. greeting guests) 2- Be prompt. All customers’ text messages need to be responded to within 2 hours during daytime. 3- Live within walking distance (15-20 min) to Washington State Convention Center on Pike street. Our condos are located 2 blocks from the center 4- Experience with using computer, app, text messages (preferably Airbnb app) 5- Have some customer service experience (preferably in hospitality industry) Compensations: $40/booking for greeting and messaging guests. We will pay extra for additional physical trips. We average at least 1 booking/week.
