The pandemic pretty well destroyed any will-to-thrive that my most recent bandmates had. No amount of begging and coaxing and strategizing has resulted in any real traction, so I'm looking to start again in the Ann Arbor/ Ypsi general area. Here are some of the bands I like... Tesseract, Animals as Leaders, Sithu Aye, Periphery, Polyphia Mandroid Echostar, Sylosis, Corelia Thrice, Coheed, My Chem, AFI Saves the Day, Motion City, NOFX, Blink, the Swellers I sound bitter but I'm really not, I'm actually very enthusiastic about connecting with some like minded people in this area. With that said, this doesn't have to be a live band; I'd like it to be, but I'm willing to do a fully online project. And honestly, that's getting ahead of myself. I just wanna start off by chatting about music and trading some ideas. I have 5 recordings from my previous band that I'm willing to share, 1 recording that never made it in front of them so it's totally fair game, and a bandcamp page of albums I released as The Whiz Kidz. I love that shit but it's not completely representative of what I'm looking to do these days.
