Job Description and Responsibilities: * Adhere to our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) * Maintain a MA State Pesticide license * Apply lawn care treatments (fertilization, insect/disease/weed control, flea tick & mosquito control); diagnose for any lawn care issues and make necessary recommendations * Review production sheets to determine equipment and product needs; complete production sheets with customer notes * Communicate with customers and management regarding your accounts and address our customer's needs in a proactive manner * Perform basic maintenance on spreaders and other equipment; arrange for repair or service of equipment, when necessary * Organize work on a daily/weekly basis; ensure equipment is ready to use * Complete paperwork detailing product usage and hours worked * Attend required meetings Work Environment: Working outside in a variety of weather conditions (sun/heat, rain) Some indoor work requires performing equipment maintenance and administrative tasks, especially during winter months Call Todd at 774-241-0117 or email [email protected]
