i am looking for a female roomate that is looking to rent a room. It is a 4th floor condo with elevator. Not looking for any guys so please don't ask. the room is good size and you will for the most part have your own bathroom, it also has a decent size closet. There will be storage in the garage if you need it t no extra charge. The rent will include your bedroom.. full use of the kitchen,.... washer and dryer, central air and heat. the rent will include rent,... electric,... gas... interenet,..and TV. if your interested my son is moving out at the end of August so it will be available September 1st.
