If you are a skilled roofer with 2+ years of experience we want you on our team – and we’re willing to pay you $1000.00 to join us! We’re looking for the best roofers in the area to join us and build a team of awesome people that love what they do. We pay more than any other company out there because we believe in highly rewarding hard work. We pay piece work per job based on the difficulty of the work starting at $35/SQ installed and $30/SQ removed for a simple walkable roof. If you can consistently install 8 SQs per day you will be making $1400/week. We are looking for people who love roofing and want to join a growing company where everyone pulls their weight. We have a huge backlog of work that will give you consistency - mostly walkable 4/12-6/12 pitch roofs that are easy on/easy off.
