i had rotator cuff surgery and cannot fix this myself. several pieces of my vinyl soffit popped out (back of house) perhaps due to a wind storm. this is not an insurance claim. I need a handyman with a reasonable hourly rate to put the pieces of soffit back in. if you’re reasonable about the rate, I have other work (I can’t accomplish myself) and need help with. I’m a guy who cuts his own grass so if I could do these tasks with a sling on my left arm, I would but can’t. please help if you can. I’m on SSDI with a PTSD diagnosis and can get 💩 from the town, state, or government. I work in security one day per week just to afford my property taxes so I don’t have to deal with a room renter. can you imagine me dealing with a lazy slouch room renter and having PTSD. that’s not a possibility. BACK TO WHAT NEEDS DONE ——————————————— I’m looking for a semi-retired handyman who can hopefully do all of what I need done. this is not a Hamptons home! geez I hope you get what I’m trying to explain. as mentioned, I have other work such as: >>> carrying furniture from basement to be donated >>> sanding drywall seems >>> painting >>> pressure washing - i have a new machine >>> prep for a driveway with RCA, possible manual dig out or i can rent a bobcat >>> install fence posts. my property is only 40 feet wide >>> I have a plumbing issue where an idiot switched the hot & cold at the shower body behind the wall. that can be easily repaired with two shark bites I can’t live in my house with this disorganization and I have nobody who can help me. respond via craigslist
