Cox Inspections is looking to bring on a reliable subcontractor who performs occupancy inspections in Apache and Navajo Counties. The inspections are simple (6 to 10 photos for exterior inspections) done on a mobile application and fill out a short form to report back to clients the occupancy status of the properties. You would also have to leave a door card with a letter on some of the inspections. REQUIREMENTS: Smart phone or tablet Planning and mapping route each day you are on the road – strong mapping skills a plus Computer/Printer with reliable internet connection Reliable and fuel efficient vehicle Self-starter and motivated A sense of urgency Able to read and follow instructions on each work order as they vary. This position is for someone who wants a flexible schedule and likes to work independently as a subcontractor. This is ideal for Realtors/Uber/Lyft drivers to add supplemental income.
