Well established mechanical contractor seeking an experienced accountant to join our team. This is a part-time, 10-15 hours per week, flexible hour’s position Responsibilities: -Maintain financial reports, records and general ledger accounts up to date -Oversee and execute independently on the month-end close processes -Maintain documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, treasury and conducting internal audits -Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations -Meet required weekly and/or monthly reporting deadlines -Respond to information requests, reviewing financial statements and assisting with audits -Ensure compliance with tax reporting
