Looking for experienced Janitorial staff with knowledge of floor and carpet care and everyday custodial services. Must be able to provide own transportation to the Twin Ports Outpatient Clinic located at 3520 Tower Ave, Superior, WI 54880. Must be able to pass a background check and be extremely reliable. The position that we are hiring is responsible to clean offices, exam rooms, labs, restrooms, etc. at the Twin Points, CBOC. This position is Monday – Friday – 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM – totaling 20 hours per week. Daily Responsibilities include: - Vacuuming, Mopping, Cleaning, Disinfecting, Dusting, Removing Trash & Sharps & Restocking Supplies - 1x per year – Stripping, Waxing, & Buffing floors, Shampooing & Extracting Carpets, Deep Scrubbing Tiles, Washing windows, High Dusting, Wall Washing. This is a W2 Employment Position. - $20.00 Per hour (Paid on 15th and last day of every month) - There will be additional work opportunities throughout the year. o Additional work performed will be paid out at $25.00 per hour.
