As fate would have it, saw you again on 95N near Thurbers Ave/195. You saw me too and was laughing or smiling. I know its a long shot finding you here but hell, what were the odds that I saw you in CT and then again shortly in Providence on 95. Tell me what I was driving or at least the color.
