RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: • Knowledge and ability to perform all aspects of the landscape/hardscape business • Ability to multitask and manage multiple crews • Ability to work safely at all times; to work in changing weather conditions • Responsible for the field staff’s thorough and timely completion of their daily workload. To be able to see and possibly diagnose equipment problems or other issues that may affect schedules and develop a plan to assure contracted services are not interrupted and occur in a timely manner. • Ensure quality workmanship the first time to eliminate redo and customer complaints. • Responsible for the crew’s upkeep of their equipment including daily checks, etc. • Recruit, train and manage the service team. • This position reports directly to the owner. • Ensure that adequate company resources are available to support all workloads by planning along with the Management Team. • Ability to carry 50 lbs and occasionally loads up to 100 lbs. • Must have a clean and valid New York driver’s license Job Grade & Scale: • Salary: Based on Experience.
