CAREER OPPORTUNITY Job Title: Janitorial Pay: Depending on Experience 11 - 15 HR - You must be able to pass a background check - Have a Valid Drivers License This is a permanent position not a temporary or seasonal. Looking for a hard working, energetic individual to join our team. Cleaning experience is a plus but not a requirement we will train the right individual. Duties, Functions and Responsibilities Responsible for cleaning an assigned area that includes but not limited to the following - Dusting desks, chairs, counters, blinds and furniture, cleaning lobbies, reception areas, break rooms or other assigned areas. Dusting, vacuuming, spot cleaning, emptying wastebaskets and recycling bins, and mop floors. Clean using appropriate methods, equipment and chemicals. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :. Must be able to read and communicate both verbally and written Ability to follow directions Ability to work as a team or individually Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Self Motivated Attention to Detail. Must be able to lit up to 25-pounds Must be able to pass a background check
