This lead to rapid growth over the years.‬ ‪Maximus Roofing LLC is seeking motivated Project Managers for roofing and gutter residential projects for our growing company. We have a division that does interior remodeling as well!‬ ‪Experience and Requirements‬ • ‪Able to effectively manage roofing crews ‬ • ‪Driver’s license ‬ • ‪Ability to call on homes and commercial properties; sales experience preferred‬ ‪Skills‬ • ‪The ability to educate homeowners on the claims process.‬
 • ‪Impeccable communication skills‬ • ‪Must be able to climb ladders and walk on steep roofs‬
 ‪Day in the Life of a PM at Maximus Roofing LLC‬ • ‪Manage accounts and customer base. Provide constant communication and promote services provided by the company.‬
 • ‪Create leads for roof replacement, repair and service work through cold calling referrals, account management, and networking.‬ • ‪Study products and retain knowledge about the products.‬ • ‪Go out with crews who are performing the work.‬ • ‪Do final walk-throughs with homeowners as jobs wrap‬ ‪Compensation‬ ‪We pay 50% of the profit directly to our reps. 6K-10K is achievable after writing just 4 contracts. This is essentially like having your own business, only we supply materials and uniform. There is no ceiling to your compensation.‬ ‪ Looking for reps to serve Aurora, Brighton, Thornton, Arvada, Broomfield Denver, Castle Rock and Highlands Ranch territories. Also looking for a Faith based rep to call on Churches.‬ ‪
