PERCUSSION, FRENCH HORN, & CLARINET players wanted!

Hunt Valley Wind Ensemble has openings in their community concert band! We are looking for specifically PERCUSSIONISTS (highest need), FRENCH HORN players, and CLARINETISTS! We can always use more TUBAS as well! We will take summer only members. Other instruments may be eligible however those are our highest needs. Must be able to rehearse Monday evenings (7:30-9:30) and commit to an evening outdoor performance on Sunday, September 5th at Codorus State Park. If you used to play in band in high school and/or college, even if it’s been a while, please consider dusting off your instrument and joining us on Monday Evenings. Made up of mostly adults, responsible high school students grade 10 and up who are able to commit to weekly Monday evening rehearsals, at home practice and performances are also welcome to join! No auditions are required. Ability to play the music is by self-audition and you are trusted to make the decision whether or not the group is right for you.
