Looking to join an established, or a just starting band with older, experienced people in Austin/North of. If you’re Vocals, Bass, and Drums need a guitar? Great! Full 4-piece band need a 2nd Guitar? Great! Not looking to find people one at a time. I check all the boxes a band would want, but not looking to tour, or “make it”. Write songs, play gigs, record songs, make CDs/records, make and sell merch: Yes. Been playing in bands for over 25yrs, been around the block a couple times. I’m looking to create hard edged hooks and melodies with pop elements, at mid to fast tempo. Super laid back, but driven, and no ego. Influenced by Poison Idea, Bad Brains, Keith Morris’ bands, Minor Threat, Bad Religion, The Lewd, Cock Sparrer, OG Misfits, The Germs, The Bags, Hank era Turbonegro, most 60s-80s underground rock.
