A well-established Plastic Injection Molding Company in Washougal is looking for 10 Machine Operators to join their team in a full-time, long-term role! This Washougal based company planted its roots nearly 50 years ago. They are experts in delivering quality injection molded parts and assemblies. With experience and knowledge about the industry, they are proud to have become recognized as market leaders. The primary role of this position will be to operate molding presses to produce a specific amount of pieces per hour and get product boxed and ready for shipment. Schedule: Rotating 12 hours shifts -- 3-4 days per week Day shift: 7:30am-7:45pm - (must work every other weekend) Grave shift: 7:30pm-7:45am - (must work every other weekend) Pay: $14.50-$15.00/hr Responsibilities of the Machine Operator: Operating the molding press to produce plastic products Attention to detail- inspecting plastic for quality assurance Packing product into boxes for shipping What is attractive about this position?
