We have an opening for a Lead Maintenance Technician position at a 284-Unit apartment community in Bedford, Texas. Looking for a qualified and dependable individual who will oversee the maintenance staff and be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the apartment community. Must be knowledgeable and experienced with preventative maintenance. Qualified applicants must have: * 3+ years Apartment Maintenance experience; * HVAC experience and certification (required); * Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance repair, Sheet Rock, Dry Wall, Carpentry & Painting experience; * Excellent communication skills; * Quality tools required.
