POSITION SUMMARY Performs tasks that require physical abilities and effort involving minimal specialized skill or prior work experience. Responsible for the accurate storing, shipping, and receiving of product to meet company standards or safety, security, and productivity. REQUIREMENTS: • High School education or equivalent • Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience • Electronics Environment experience • Inventory reconciliation experience RESPONSIBILITIES: • Under direct supervision, responsible for kitting raw materials per work orders to be issued to production for assembly and preps work orders in assembly in SMT • Released Work Orders when approved and kits per Bill of Material, Pick list, and Router • Sorts, counts, and checks raw materials, finished and semi-finished parts • Issues material to WO and follows Bill of Material and Work Order Routing • Responsible for inventory accuracy at all levels; maintains inventory on hand and stockroom data files • Performs required cycle counts; audits stocking locations to ensure system transaction accuracy; performs physical inventories as required • Kits all products to support the production line; delivers all issued material to production floor, shelves, or racks; prepares components for shipment to contract manufacturers when required • Works with Customer Service to ensure proper transportation carriers are used; ensures that daily shipment requirements are supported; Arranges for premium shipments when needed • Stores electronic components properly and has an understanding of MSD components • Loads SMT feeder • Filling orders by preassembling individual items into ready-to-ship kits SCHEDULE AND PAY: • 1st – 6:30 am - 2:30 pm • M-F with OT as required • $14.50 / hour Resource is an Equal Opportunity Employer EEO AA M/F/Vet/Disability and a drug free workplace.
