Property Preservation company seeks laborer to assist with maintaining 10 to 29 vacant lots in Newark, NJ until October 2021. Approximately 15 hours or more per week offered. Duties, include: *Trimming bushes *Mowing lawns *Cleaning debris off fences *Trimming weeds growing out of sidewalk *Posting signs on property as needed *Bagging debris for removal *Other property preservation related tasks *Maintain communication with project supervisor while onsite *Create "Before" and "After" Pictures and Video documentation of work Requirements: *Must submit hours worked daily *Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide a copy of Driver's License and SSN card or EIN number *Must be reliable, trustworthy, honest, professional and easy to work with *Must register with company *Work must be completed between 7am and 7pm, Sunday through Friday [Saturday's are not permitted] Preferred, but not required: *has reliable vehicle and good driving history *own lawncare equipment and tools If necessary, company can provide: *Company van to transport equipment and travel from lot to lot [Must provide a copy of clean driving record for previous 5 years to use vehicle] *gas trimmer, machete, lawnmower, replacement cord Please text phone number below for phone interview and more information
