Superior Network & Communications, LLC. (SNC) is looking self motivated, driven people to fill positions as Satellite/Smart Home Technicians. We are a contracting company performing Installations for Dish Network. We are looking to hire motivated Technicians in the following areas. French Lick, Corydon, Georgetown, Henryville, Clarksville, Louisville, Elizabethtown, Leitchfield, Bowling Green, Bee Springs, Horse Branch, Munfordville, Campbellsville, and the surrounding areas. We offer sign on bonus after completion of training, as well as after 60 days of Field work once you are on your own. Must be able to perform the following: *Lift 80 lbs *Be comfortable on ladders in the access of 28’ *Be comfortable in tight small places (attics, Crawl Spaces) *Trouble shoot situations *Be able to use basic web based applications *Labor, (digging, shoveling, carrying, climbing, drilling, keeling, crawling) *Deal with all types of customers *Be able to offer in home products to each customer *Be able to multi-task Must have to start: *Clean Criminal History, Clean Driving Record, Pass Drug Screen *18 years of age (minimum) Typical work week consists of: *3-5 work orders per day *5-6 Day work weeks (all weather) * Regular weekends, shared holidays Pay *bi-weekly 1099 *Commission Pay *Sales Pay *Production Pay *Bonus Pay SNC Satellite Technicians use web based applications to receive work assignments from a major industry partner in subscriber based video and broadband retail services where they status work orders, invoice labor, track customer inventory and product returns, monitor performance data, payments and purchases. SNC Technicians provide the ultimate “Customer Experience” from in app on time arrival to the customer signed service agreement upon completion of labor. Although work assignments and customer equipment is all provided by SNC, Satellite Satellite Technicians are compensated within established pay rates for self-providing their own work van/truck, insurance, tools and approved materials required to complete work.
