Need someone to help with gutters and fascia

I need someone to help, mostly on the ground, who can use a saw and make accurate cuts. Some ladder work to hold end of longer pieces while I fasten it. Even better would be someone who is comfortable on a ladder and could help with the installation. Could turn into permanent position, I'm looking for reliable help. I can't answer texts right away sometimes, I'll answer them in the order I get them. I have all tools needed, but if you had an impact driver or drill to fasten screws it would be helpful.
