We are looking for a jack of all trades with a strong work ethic and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from concrete work, welding, masonry, tiling, painting, and drywalling to light plumbing and electrical. You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with fellow employees and management For this job, you need experience with multiple types of repair and maintenance. You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and professionally communicate with our teams with a positive attitude.   This position will require travel between our 7 properties located in Mesa, Gilbert, Glendale, Phoenix and Tolleson. Reliable transportation between these properties is required. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.  The necessary skills include: Concrete Work General Carpentry - Rough and Finish Welding - owning welding tools is a plus Masonry Stucco Repair Painting Interior and Exterior Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge Flooring Repair and Installation Handyman, General Repairs and Maintenance Work Subcontractor and Temp Worker Supervision Customer Service Material Purchasing This position pays $20-$23 hourly DOE   EOE We participate in the e-verify program www.dhs.gov/E-Verify To apply click on this link: (or enter the url into your browser)
