Description: Prime and paint a Bedroom, Livingroom, Bathroom and Kitchen ceiling. A total of approximately 200sqft. There are three closet ceilings which do not have to be painted. Scope: - Fully dust ceiling - Remove ceiling light in hallway, ceiling fan blades, and motor housing in kitchen and bedroom - Prime ceiling with a single coat (primer will be provided) - Paint ceiling with a single coat (paint will be provided - Touch up any mistakes - Reinstall ceiling light in hallway and ceiling fan blades/motor housing in kitchen and bedroom - Broom sweep workspace Work should begin at 9am on 6/25/2021 and completed the same day.
