Description

This position is responsible for screening persons entering the Building and interacting pleasantly and professionally with guests. The applicant must be familiar with computers and standard software programs and keep electronic records of work orders. The applicant will have responsibility for maintaining the appearance of the lobby, elevators, and exterior sidewalks. The applicant will report to the Building Engineer and assist with general repairs and the maintenance needs of the Building. The applicant must be in good physical condition and be able to lift 50 pounds, kneel and squat. RESUME AND PROOF OF COVID 19 VACCINATION REQUIRED.
