Busy entrepreneur with rental homes in Colorado Springs needs competent and dependable person to keep them in good repair. We can offer about from 15 to 25 hours per week on a regular basis, depending on how many hours the right person has to offer. Pay will depend on your skills, but competitive with possible bonus after 60 days.
You need your own tools, dependable transportation, and self-motivation to do a good job. You will be our ambassador with our tenants so you must have a customer oriented attitude. Most of these are homes in good neighborhoods so must have a sober, clean cut personal appearance. No criminal history accepted. This is a long term opportunity, and can work around another job.
