ALTERNATIVE LANDSCAPE AND MAINTENANCE, INC is looking for Hard working, motivated individuals, with leadership qualities, values honesty, trust, teamwork, quality and has a GREAT eye for detail. LEADERS with Landscaping and Mowing experience are encouraged to apply and we will pay D.O.E. We need employees that can do what it takes to get the job done. If you DO NOT MEET all these requirements, please do not apply. Are you able to pass a background check? You must: 1.At least 18 yrs of age 2. Be able to pass a drug test if requested 3. Be clean cut and have good Hygiene 4. DEPENDABLE transportation to and from work 5. EXPERIENCE is a PLUS but not required in operating mowers and landscaping equipment 6. Able to do maintenance on Vehicles and equipment 7. Able to complete jobs on schedule 8. LANDSCAPING - Availability must be Mon-Fri 7am to 5 pm OR until jobs are finished; Saturdays when needed. 9. Looking for committed individuals only that need a job. No excuses! 10. Able to work in all weather conditions, including SNOW STORMS. 11. You must have all your own RAIN gear. (Plenty of warm cloths) 12. Be willing and able to do what it takes to get jobs done. To start - D.O.E. PAY will be determined upon attendance, experience and dependability.
