Saw a dog running loose this morning at ~9:20am. It was up ahead on the walking path behind the American Family Insurance building, right next to Stonewood Village Apartments. It was a good distance away, so I couldn’t see a lot of details, but it looked to be a medium to large sized dog, reddish brown coat, floppy ears. It stopped, looked at me, ran ahead, stopped, looked again, and then ran into the brush. I tried to find it again after that, but no luck.
