1st shift FULL-TIME POSITION! PRODUCTION TEAM-GENERAL LABORER • Steady work, benefits and uncapped production bonus opportunities available with full-service provider of shipping/packaging materials and custom wood packaging products. • Previous work experience/skills (e.g., rough framing or construction) a BIG plus! • Position includes constructing and/or building various components used to make finished product, working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, etc. • Looking for serious candidate able to work well in a fast-paced environment and motivated to excel, regularly meet production standards plus earn uncapped production bonus in addition to hourly pay rate. • The right candidate would demonstrate high energy level, motivation, and competencies that include attention to detail and quality, maintaining safety practices at all times. • Training provided. You bring the motivation and drive to succeed. Full-Time - 1st shift M-F [some overtime may be required as business demands]. REQUIREMENTS: • HS/GED • Ability to read a tape measure and to read/understand manuals, instruction (sheets), schedules, etc. • Ability to lift/push/pull 75 lbs. • Must be able to safely operate power equipment, hand tools (e.g., wood saws, drills, pneumatic nail and staple guns), pallet jacks, etc. • Reliable and consistent compliance with production, attendance, quality and safety standards. • Selected candidates must successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and background check; will need steel-toed boots and measuring tape. Following 30+ days on company payroll, eligible for participation in company medical/dental/vision plans, employer-paid life insurance, paid holidays and vacation.
