Job description: Utilizing best judgement to lead and assist with the grow operations to include; filling, potting, transplanting and watering. There is opportunity for growth which includes housing. I am also looking for a team of laborers, if you have your own team, we can build a team. Position is in an outside environment that may have continuous exposure to sun. Sun protection is required.
