Luna is a year and a half old Portuguese Water Dog (3/4) / Goldendoodle (1/4) mix. She is loving, friendly, and an excellent companion dog. She loves to be with people and does well with adults and children. She is crate trained, potty trained, and has most basic manners down but, she still pulls a little on the leash and is still learning not to jump when greeting. She loves to go for walks, car rides, play fetch and frisbee, and play with the other dogs at the dog park. Luna has quite a bit of energy and would do very well with active people that enjoy outdoor activities. We are looking to rehome Luna to a family with a yard, an active lifestyle, and time to devote to her. We love Luna and have had her since she was a puppy so this is a very tough decision! Portuguese Water Dogs are an active breed and we were naïve about the breed’s energy level. We don’t have a fenced yard and Luna could really use a place to run, have fun, and expend that energy. She is a good time girl! We typically take her on walks and play with her for about an hour and a half to 2 hours daily but have upcoming changes to our schedules that will make that very difficult. If you have the time, love, and space for Luna, she will make a great companion. Luna is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her shots. She has no known medical issues. She does have a little kink at the end of her tail and had full x-rays to take a look at her spine and received a clean bill of health from our vet. A rehoming fee of $400.00 would include her food, treats, kennel, bed, and leash. If you are interested, please respond with some information about yourself.
