Grade QH mare, approx 17 years old Khalua is a fantastic mare, anyone can ride her, I’ve thrown anywhere from 2 to 50 year olds on her and she just walks along. She’s never offered ANY bad behavior, is super confident, never spooks, a true beginner trail horse. I’ve jumped her over Cavaletti, took her through a barrel pattern, and enjoyed many many trails rides with her. She is currently lame, but it was due to an old farrier of mine who trimmed her too short and caused her to be off balance on her fronts and bruising on her heels, which is why we’ve been shoeing her fronts to help balance, a few more rounds of shoes and she should be good to go for light riding She is offered for a care lease currently with no riding, possibly in the future when she is balanced again. She LOVES attention, and would make a great companion to anyone looking for the experience of owning a horse without the long term commitment. She would be located at the barn i board at just outside of Lebanon. Full care lease (you clean her stall daily) for $350 a month Or partial (you just enjoy spending time with her, no care involved) $450 a month (Money covers board, which is why it differs)
