We are looking to Hire MULTI-SKILLED Construction workers with at least 5 years experience in multiple trades residential/commercial construction and General Repairs. Necessary experience in home remodels. Need to be highly skilled in several of the following: • Framing (Rough framing and finish work) • Painting • Drywall (Repair and Install - walls or ceilings. Apply tape and texture to match) • Plumbing (rough and finish) • Electrical (Installation of can lights, fixtures wall plugs) • Tile Installation • Flooring Installation (Tile, Hardwood, Laminate) • Carpentry • Cabinet Installation • Installation of Doors and windows • Roofing • Concrete/Masonry • Room Additions • General Repairs, Etc. • Must be responsible and dependable • Must have your own transportation • Must have a smart phone and access to the internet • Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus PLEASE RESPOND WITH BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOURSELF AND YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE - TELL US WHAT YOUR STRENGTHS ARE. **PROVIDE TELEPHONE NUMBER/EMAIL WHERE YOU CAN BE REACHED** $20-$30 per hour BASED ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL
