OVERVIEW Active and versatile Warehouse Associate needed to join R&R Textile Mills inc, a manufacturer and distributor of textiles. As a summer associate you would as part of one of our 2 teams: (www.nowlinens.com) or (www.cottoncreations.com). This is a great opportunity to gain experience with supply chain logistics, inventory management, order fulfillment, and production. You’ll work with a talented group of business people and specialists to develop and grow our promising company. If you are in high school and/or college and looking for a summer job - this is the ideal job for you! We are super flexible and this is an excited place to be with all the web launches we have taking places. RESPONSIBILITIES Order Fulfillment: Daily picking and packing of orders. Pick tickets are assigned by the warehouse manager. Shipping and Receiving: Palletizing and unloading containers as well as loading trucks for outbound shipments. Inventory Counts and Testing: Counting inventory in either our aisle or bin locations when assigned. Production Assistance: Daily assistance with towel set assembly, box assembly, towel printing, or quality control checking of finished products. ABOUT YOU You can stand on your feet 8 to 10 hours a day. You can lift between 50 to 80 lbs. You must be able to read and write in English Willingness to learn: No experience is necessary for this role. We will train you and find a long term position for you depending on what you are good at and what you like.
