THE PURPOSE: As a Distribution Associate, you help execute various warehouse and distribution tasks and activities THE ROLE (what you are accountable for) • Achieving Distribution productivity and accuracy goals and motivating temp staff to achieve same goals • Implementing company training programs; monitoring staff training and customer service • Maintaining company standards • Promptly and accurately completing all paperwork procedures as related to your assigned tasks • Assisting in the inventory and maintenance of inventory records • Following procedures for all functions assigned • Interfacing with corporate personnel (i.e. accounting, merchandising, operations and human resources) as needed.
