Grounds Hiring for a grounds/maintenance person. This is NOT for lawn maintenance but for grounds clean up and general grounds related items, which could be painting, trash/dump, yard clean up, pressure washing, minor unit maintenance among various other things. Starting pay is $13-14 per hour. Work schedule is M-F 8-4:30. Please respond to add for consideration.
