Local roofing company is looking to fill all positions for its current Roofing Season. SHINGLERS start with a base pay of $16-20/hr with a Foreman position for more experienced shinglers starting at $25/hr up to $35/hr based on experience and length of time in field and ability to run a crew alone. Laborers have a base pay of $12-16/hr with a ground foreman position to start at $18/hr. All positions are eligible for 1st Raise after 30 Days of employment plus an attendance bonus of $300-$500 is offered for the first 2weeks of work with no call offs additional bonus after 30 days continued no call offs. All positions are eligible for Bonuses Weekly For work performance/ attendance/ eagerness to learn or teach/ and professionalism. Covid Regulations to be followed/ safety harnesses are provided on all jobs as well as Roof Tops or Ladder Lift for easy shingle and material delivery and less lifting for you.... Job compensates for drive time and Is an hourly position paid weekly/NO holding week. Additional compensation for those with drivers licenses that can drive our trucks and trailers or crew to jobs sites. Paid after first day if needed and wages can be determined by performance after first day/week of work Unless already negotiated first. Paid cash Weekly/ Regular raises/ Regular bonuses (cash,work attire,tools,gift cards, etc.) Holiday bonuses/ XMAS in JULY DOUbLED bonus @ Dec XMAS Time or reversed for those who began in the fall or winter/ $$$ ONE WEEK VACATION PAID TIME OFF-eligible after 6 months of employment $$$/ this is a 1099 position.
