Astronomy is fascinating and very expensive. Initial investments for quality telescopes, expensive club dues, and expensive trips to dark sky locations, simply put astronomy out of the reach for the majority of us. Skywatchers don’t need any money to skywatch. We don’t need dark skies, and we don’t need official clubs with outrageous dues. We simply look up at the sky during the day or night. Green sprites(yes green), UFOs, Project Blue Beam sightings, satellites, satellite flashes, meteors, meteorites, rainbows, fires, Blood Moons, Star Navigation, lightning storms, daytime stars, drones, bats, Starlink satellites, night hawks and owls, atmospheric anomalies, and more.
