on June 23rd in front of the Multnomah County Courthouse, about 2nd and salmon, at about 3 p.m., my brother took a fall. In the process he has lost his smartphone. it is a Motorola phone and has a red hard case. my brother is disabled and greatly needs his phone back. if you have found it please contact my email.
