Airbnb hosts need us (cleaners), without a good cleaning team they don't have a business, and vice versa. Success goes hand in hand. Cleaning is hard work, so if you are not willing to put in the work please don't waste my time or yours.
Job description: You'll be required to wash and dry all linens and towels at the property, make beds, clean bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, report on any damages, and when the stock is running low, remove trash, basic/simple maintenance,(i.e. reset garbage disposal, or pair tv remotes). Vacation rental cleaning is a lot more detailed than cleaning residential properties. Each and every group of guests expect a clean and well maintained house, if there is something the cleaners have overlooked it's likely the guests will mention it. Most jobs are from 11am-3pm or later (very flexible) and varies all days of the week. Some cleaning supplies will be provided.
Some training will be involved until you become familiar with each property.
Must have reliable transportation. Must speak good English. Must have a working phone.
Jobs are flat rate, roughly $15-$20 an hour.
