Job description The operator is a Dry responsible blend, Mill, reactions, and pack the finished product with an exceptionally high degree of quality, safety, and efficiency. This position reports to the production supervisor. • Responsible for operation of dry blends, mill, reaction and packaging • Thoroughly inspect all equipment for proper functioning status cleanliness before use (Pre-op-Check) • Follow all safety, quality, and material handling procedures at all times. • Follow all cleaning and sanitization process according to standard procedures • Thoroughly inspect all equipment for HACCP before and after the operation (HACCP Checklist) • Visually inspects finished product, set aside any product thought to be non-compliant with quality standards or batch ticket specifications. Notify supervisors immediately of any issues • Responsible for checking and record if a product is meeting specifications during the process, according to instructions. • Carefully take finish product samples according to guidelines. • Report Any deviations from a quality, food safety, security, and safety to a manger. • Take part in all relevant training sessions related to job responsibilities
