Looking for building maintenance and cleaning per the following schedule
Twice weekly:
- Cleaning of common areas
4 Bathrooms etc.
Sweep mop sanitize etc. Halls
- Glass doors cleaned
- Dusting and light bulb change outs as well on interior
- Changing our paper products,soaps and disinfectants
Quarterly:
- Gutter cleaning
- A/c service
- Clean drain lines
- Change filters in all units
**Additional- punch outs for move outs Painting/repairs,Locks etc.
