Rescued lab mix "Spirit" needs foster home!

A local animal rescue group (non-profit) needs a foster home for cute young lab mix Spirit, rescued from the Duplin County Animal Shelter in NC. The rescue will provide a dog crate, dog food, collar, leash and all other items needed during foster care. The foster will determine the length of her stay. We welcome new fosters and are grateful for any help! Spirit is one year old, 53 pounds, spayed, fully vaccinated and heartworm negative. She is a very sweet girl who walks great on a leash, will sit for treats and knows some of her commands. She gets along well with other dogs and loves to run and play with anyone who will engage with her. Spirit will be in heaven with an active family and a big yard where she can run to her heart's content! She's a smart girl who is eager to please and receptive to training.
