During this event, new faculty and staff come together for the day to learn and reflect on our shared mission and what it means to work at a Jesuit Catholic institution. We will focus on why mission matters, what the mission calls us to do and how we are called to live the mission. Our goal for the day is to give a clearer understanding of the Catholic and Jesuit tradition that characterizes Marquette University. We at Marquette cherish this tradition and look forward to sharing it with you as you continue your service at the university. All employees must have supervisor approval to attend Mission Convocation.
