We are seeking 10 workers to perform the essential functioning of lead abatement work using a HEPA vacuum on various surfaces; remove window sashes and moldings; perform sheetrocking as well as painting duties to resolve treated areas; cleanup work areas; bag and dispose of removed material in accordance with federal, state and local laws. Workers must have an updated physical to wear a respirator to perform their duties Requirement: EPA Certificate for Lead (We will send and pay for your certification) next week. July 1st and 2nd. Must know how to follow guidelines for working with toxic substance Duties Perform physical and environmental activities Work with hazardous lead-containing materials Carry supplies, tools and equipment while walking Valid Driver’s License, EPA Certificate for Lead is a Plus
